A lot of people usually ask “Why am I not productive?” or “Nothing that I want to do happen, why?” and it’s much more normal than you think. This is not about time, because time is exactly equal for everybody, the problem is how you manage your time. According to a 2017 BBC survey, 75% of people don’t know how to program your routine and daily activities, which affect their results over time. To help these people, a bunch of techniques, for example, Pomodoro, were created by studious who study in-depth about this area.

Handle time it’s not a simple task, to do that you need to be a determined person and have a focus on the process. If you never had made something like that before, you will think probably that it’s superficial and won’t return any result, but it’s normal, the process to you reach your true goals is long and not come in just a few days. After all, if it were easy, everybody would it. Now I’ll show you some simple techniques that you can apply in your routine right now.

The first technique is the Checklist, which is the most simple technique but efficient and resolves a bunch of problems from a majority of people. This technique consists of you list all activities that you have to do, and during this day you put a check in these tasks, to mean that you have completed the task. The principal idea is you prepare your checklist, with tasks that match your goals, for the week, and start a routine by this. Over time, if you follow the process, you’ll see your objectives increasingly next to you.

The second technique is Pomodoro. This consists of you set a time for each task and set a time to relax between these tasks. To absorb all benefits from this technique you must be honest with yourself and not be interrupted during the time. You can´t exceed the time to the task and relax, because the idea is you stay focused on the activity.

Concluding the theme, to be a productive person you need to create habits that help you reach your goals. To do that you can create your technique or follow any that best match your style.
